A Quick Note About Eligibility

We accept returns on products that are:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging, with tags
  • Returned in 7 days or less from receiving the product

We will analyze every return to ensure the returned product hasn’t been used or otherwise changed in any way. If it passes our quality check then we will issue you a refund.

How to Make a Return

To initiate a return simply send us an email at info@fecult.com within 7 days of receiving your order number and a short note with your name (order number) and reason for return - once the return has been authorized, we will indicate how to proceed.

Refunds

We will only process refunds via bank transfer and only after we have received and approved the return product. Refunds may take up to 7 business days from the day the return has been authorized. Refunds will be issued to the same person who

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders made on our web store, but no cash refunds will be issued - only bank transfers.

Damaged or Incorrect Item
